How much does a delivery cost?

You can get exact pricing by drafting a delivery on the E-Porter Website!

Can I send or receive more than one package at a time?

Yes! You may send or receive up to 6 packages to the same address.

Please note that items going to different drop off locations require separate deliveries.

When do I get charged for a delivery?

Once you create a delivery, you’ll see an authorization on your chosen payment method to confirm the availability of funds.


E-Porter will charge your payment method when your delivery has been claimed by a driver. After it has been dropped off, we’ll send you a receipt via email.

Can I edit my delivery?

You can modify or cancel your delivery by using the ‘edit’ button on the delivery page, as long as the delivery has not been claimed by a Driver.


If you need to make any changes or cancellations after the delivery has been accepted, please contact E-Porter for assistance.


What are the steps to completing a delivery?
  1. Download the E-Porter Driver app.
  2. Find and claim one or more deliveries along your route or in your area.
  3. Read the delivery notes for each delivery to help ensure successful delivery.
  4. Drive to the pick up location using our navigation link or your own route!
  5. After picking up the package, tap the “PICKED UP” button and take the prompted proof of pick up picture.
  6. After dropping off the package, tap the “DELIVERED” button and take the prompted proof of drop off picture.
  7. Repeat steps 3-6 until your route is finished!
What are the requirements to drive?
  • At least 19 years old
  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Have a Social Insurance Number
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Have access to an insured vehicle
How do I apply to become a driver?
  1. Click Here and sign up for an account.
  2. Once you’ve signed up, locate the sidebar on the website and click on the “Become a Porter” link.
  3. After submitting the application form, E-Porter will review your application and get in touch with you regarding next steps.
How and when will I get paid?

You can set up your banking information in the Porter Dashboard on the E-Porter website. You may process transfers through the dashboard or app.


After a delivery is fulfilled, funds may take up to 5 days to clear before being available for withdrawal. You can transfer funds to your bank account one time every week.

Where can I find my completed deliveries and transfer history?

You can access all the relevant information about your completed deliveries, including their payment amount and status, on the E-Porter Dashboard.


Additionally, you can view your complete transfer history on the same page, which includes the dates, deliveries, and amounts you have transferred.
